room for hire through "Locate your Venue". We have an extensive on line marketing

What happens when I email the venues using the online Enquiry Form?
You are able to send an enquiry form to as many Venues as you wish. This will
save you time and effort and the venues will get back to you directly.
Is there a charge to use the search system?
No, our team will process your enquiry made via "Locate your Venue" free of charge
and there are no hidden costs.
Do "Locate your Venue" receive commission when I book a Venue?
There is no commission charged on enquiries or bookings made as a result of using our
enquiry service. Our main income comes from an annual membership fee paid by the venues
we represent.
I am a Venue, how do I become a member?

If I send an enquiry is there an obligation that we have to book?
There is no obligation to book any of the Venues once you have emailed them.
What is the catch?
There is no catch, it is fantastic service and it is free providing a single source for
identifying the best venue for your requirements.
How do I search for a Venue?
Simply use the search facility on the homepage. For example, if you are looking for a
venue in Dublin, enter "Dublin" into the town search box and click search. The search
will return any matching venues in that area. Follow the links to view each venue.
How do I update my listing?
As a client, you may update your listing by logging into your profile and making the
appropriate changes. The site has been designed to be as user friendly as possible.
